Once upon a time two backpacker girls in Australia decided:
we’re going on a road trip 😉
After couple weeks in Syndey, Melbourne and Adelaide (New South Wales) we started in a town called
Gawler, SA (still close to Adelaide)
Final destination: Perth, West Australia
Distance: 3.582km
Duration: 12 nights, 13 days
And this was our travel route:
21.05.2017
- Night: Timberston Bay Free – Camping (waking up right next to the ocean will be unforgettable)
- Night: Streaky Bay Caravan Park (we made our own bonfire right at the beach *bigsmile*
- Night: Fowlers Bay Cavaran Park (they had a bonfire set up and there were couple of Australians with their campervans enjoying and sharing some self-made bread with us – suuuper friendly people and super funny stories!)
- Night: somewhere between Mundrabilla and Madura, first Outback experience, shared our sleeping spot right next to the highway with some kanguroos *lol*
- Night: Norseman Caravan Park
- Night: National Park Cape Le Grand – BEAUTIFUL beach with white sand and lots of kanguroos :-))
- Night: Hopetoun Caravan Park – breathtaking beach close by!!
- Night: Hostel 1849 Backpackers, Albany (it was nice to sleep for once in a bed instead of the car 😀 )
- Night: National Park Porongurup by Albany
- Night: Pemberton Caravan Park (well, that night the whole town lost the power – and because we were lucky to be in grocery store shopping for food, they let us exit the store WITH the food, without paying for it – oh gosh what memories 😀 )
- Night: Flinders Bay Caravan Park
- Night: Busselton Caravan Park – we joined a Yoga Class at 6AM the next morning during sunrise right next to the beach, do I have to say more?? *amazingmoments*
